Continuity by design
A development focus on longer recordings, comfortable contact and the practical demands of monitoring at the bedside.

Building a deeper understanding of the nervous system. Developing the instruments to read it, support it, and restore what has been lost.
Explore Sentinel01 / OUR TECHNOLOGY
From understanding to possibility.Connected platforms. One shared ambition.
We are developing a family of neurotechnology platforms around a common foundation of electrode materials and decoding software. Our work begins with Sentinel: continuous EEG for clinical care. VITAL extends our research to whole-body physiology through a distinct sensing platform.
Clinical EEG. A clearer picture of brain activity, over time.
LEAD PROGRAMME · IN DEVELOPMENTWhole-body physiological intelligence. Built around the individual, over time.
DESIGN STAGERobotics, sensory feedback and rehabilitation. Exploring the connection between action and sensation.
RESEARCH & ARCHITECTUREA research direction in hearing restoration.
RESEARCH HORIZON02 / SENTINEL
CLINICAL EEG · IN DEVELOPMENTBrain activity unfolds over time. Sentinel is being designed for continuous, multi-day EEG monitoring, bringing raw signals, marked events and clinical context into one workspace.
A development focus on longer recordings, comfortable contact and the practical demands of monitoring at the bedside.
A proposed workspace for EEG traces, annotations and notes, designed to support the clinician’s review.
Exploring on-device analysis to support a privacy-conscious architecture and reduce reliance on continuous cloud processing.
Sentinel is in development. These concepts do not represent a clinically validated or cleared medical device.
VITAL / WHOLE-BODY PHYSIOLOGICAL INTELLIGENCE
DESIGN STAGEThe device is the entry point.
The longitudinal model is the ambition.
VITAL is being designed to learn how an individual responds, adapts and recovers over time. A reusable sensing core and interchangeable mounts would connect physiological signals with activity and environment.
Sentinel focuses on the brain. VITAL focuses on the body. They are separate platforms, with a future ambition to connect their insights.
The proposed core brings together single-lead ECG, movement, skin temperature and contact quality, with respiration derived from chest motion and electrodermal activity interpreted in context.
Research into personal baselines, meaningful changes and confidence in the evidence. The aim is to remain quiet when variation is normal.
Initial intended applications are elite sport and human performance research. Broader environments follow evidence from the first deployments.
VITAL is at the design stage. Hardware, modelling and performance remain to be validated. Optical pulse and oxygen-saturation sensing are under evaluation, not committed capabilities.
03 / APPLICATIONS
A sequenced ambition. Our clinical focus is neuromonitoring. Alongside it, VITAL explores physiological intelligence for elite sport and human performance research.
The science behind our approach ↗Sentinel’s initial development focus: continuous EEG at the bedside, with tools intended to help clinicians review brain activity over time.
A later ambition for an ambulatory Sentinel platform: longer-duration recording outside hospital. Development, validation and the care pathway remain to be established.
Touch explores prosthetic control and sensory feedback, including information about contact and slip. The programme is at the research and architecture stage.
Lucid is a research direction in hearing restoration. It is part of the longer-term portfolio, rather than an available or clinically validated product.
VITAL’s proposed entry points are elite sport and human performance research: learning individual physiological baselines and investigating responses to training, workload and recovery.
04 / OUR SCIENTIFIC APPROACH
Progress is something we demonstrate.
Our development approach is built around testing assumptions early, protecting sensitive neural data and designing with clinical use in mind.
01 Test the foundations
02 Validate on our own hardware
03 Build the clinical evidence
Prototype validation and regulatory assessment are milestones ahead of us, not claims of work already completed.
